The Unbecoming Community – Annual Membership

By enrolling in the Annual Membership of The Unbecoming Community (“Membership”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to honor the integrity of this space, protect the sacredness of the community, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all members.

1. Membership Commitment

  • Upon registration, you commit to a full 12-month membership.

  • Early cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

  • This annual commitment allows us to maintain the integrity, depth, and continuity of the experience.

2. Payments & Billing

  • The Annual Membership is billed $497/year, due in full at the time of registration.

  • Membership auto-renews one year from your initial enrollment date, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • You will receive a reminder email 30 days before your renewal date.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date by contacting [email protected].

  • If cancellation is not requested before the renewal date, you will be billed for the following year, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Account Usage

  • Membership access is intended for individual use only.

  • Sharing your login, password, course materials, or community content with others is strictly prohibited.

  • Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. Community Guidelines

To preserve the sacredness and safety of the community, you agree to:

  • Engage with respect, presence, and integrity.

  • Maintain confidentiality around others’ shared experiences.

  • Refrain from unsolicited promotions, spam, or harmful commentary.

  • Respect the space as one of healing, reflection, and growth.

We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the community.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, meditation audios, downloads, and masterclasses are the intellectual property of Tresa Rivera and The Unbecoming Community.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from this membership without explicit written permission.

  • Any attempt to share or resell materials will result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

7. Technology & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • We are not liable for access issues caused by personal device limitations, software issues, or internet connectivity.

8. Modifications

Tresa Rivera reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and within the community portal.
